The Elsie Initiative Fund (EIF) launched its Fourth Programming Round on Thursday, 9 October 2025.

The call for Letters of Interest (LOIs) is now open and available here.
- Troop- and Police-Contributing Countries (T/PCCs) and United Nations agencies, funds and programmes are invited to submit LOIs in accordance with the guidance provided in the Call for LOIs and the resources below.
- LOIs must be submitted to elsie.mptf@unwomen.org by 31 January 2026.
- Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit early, as LOIs will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis.
For United Nations peacekeeping missions, the submission date has been extended to 31 March 2026, in view of the current liquidity challenges affecting missions’ ability to prepare submissions.
All LOIs submitted by the relevant deadline will receive full consideration before the Steering Committee finalises funding decisions. Decisions will be announced once the submission period has closed.
