The Elsie Initiative Fund launched its Fourth Programming Round on Thursday, 9 October 2025.
The call for Letters of Interest is now closed. This page now primarily provides project development templates and guidance for applicants invited to proceed to the full proposal stage. Letter of Interest resources remain available below for reference.
